Photograph album showing activities and places in the Tucson area between 1899 and 1900. The photographs, taken by George Sinsabaugh, are almost all identified and dated. There are images from a stay at Mr. Dodges in Oracle, Arizona including cowboys, Arcadia Ranch, and a camp with beef jerky drying on the line. There are images of San Xavier Mission, Mission Road, various views of the San Agustin Mission ruins, and women washing clothes in the Santa Cruz River. There are also images of Fort Lowell ruins; Silver Lake; the Tucson Indian Training School students, buildings, and a football team; and the 1899 Owl's Club building.

Founded in 1888 by the Women's Board of Home Mission of the Presbyterian Church, their chief purpose was to teach Pima and Tohono O'odham children English and Christianity. Enrollment of children was assisted by the work of Rev. Charles H. Cook, minister and teacher at Sacaton, Ariz. By 1950 enrollment was diminishing and the school was closed in 1960.
